YouTube Theater Unveils “Wall of Icons” to Celebrate Venue Milestones
This year, YouTube Theater proudly unveiled its “Wall of Icons” in recognition of the unforgettable events and artist milestones that contributed to shaping the legacy of the venue and making it the #8 venue in the world, according to Billboard Magazine’s 2024 Year in Touring. Featuring legendary acts and rising stars who have graced the venue’s stage and captivated its audiences, the Wall of Icons is a tribute to these extraordinary moments.
The 2024 Wall of Icons class included legendary icon Mavis Staples’ 85th All-Star Birthday Concert; Netflix is a Joke Presents’ six record-breaking comedy showcase with Katt Williams, Let There Be Laughs, Sinbad Tribute Show, 85 South, Chelsea Handler, and Kill Tony; most all-time performances by Latin band Los Ángeles Azules. Additionally, the wall highlights charitable endeavors, such as Metallica's All Within My Hands Foundation's benefit concert and auction, cementing the band as Champions of Charity at YouTube Theater.

YouTube Theater, adjacent to SoFi Stadium, presents year-round programming and was ranked among the Top 10 venues in the world for top-grossing concert and live event ticket sales in 2024. A four-time nominee for Pollstar Awards’ Theatre of the Year, the venue has hosted 94 events, including 27 sell-out shows this year from iconic acts such as Juanes, Laura Pausini, Bryson Tiller, Palomazo Norteño, Jane’s Addiction & Love and Rockets, Belanova, and Sum-41’s final tour, along with notable performances from Melissa Etheridge & Jewel, Squeeze & Boy George, Ray LaMontagne & Gregory Alan Isakov, Marisela, Stone Temple Pilots & +LIVE+, Judas Priest, and John Legend. In honor of its third anniversary this year, the venue also celebrated its one-millionth fan at Howard Jones & ABC with Haircut One Hundred. Nearly 20 acts and events have returned to the YouTube Theater stage this year, including Hollywood Black Comedy Festival, Bronco, Emmanuel, KIDZ BOP, Freestyle Explosion, Lupita D’Alessio, The Psychedelic Furs, Matute, and Summer Game Fest.
Beyond concerts, YouTube Theater showcases a variety of diverse programming, from Summer Game Fest, Billboard Women in Music Awards, Riot Games’ LCS Championships, to a now multi-year, multi-event partnership deal with Golden Boy Promotions to present boxing events.
Looking ahead to 2025, YouTube Theater’s lineup promises to continue its legacy with performances by Ana Barbara, The Isley Brothers, Joaquin Sabina, Dream Theater, Ha*Ash, Lisa Lisa 40th Anniversary Tour, 2 sold-out shows with k-pop band DAY6, Bullet for My Valentine & Trivium, and many others.
